Here is a list of program that make it easier to compress files to use for HTTP redirecting of downloads. Most of these require the game to be installed.
All Engines
These tools have been designed to compress files for any game with UCC available.
Redirect Server Checker (RSC)
Supports all engines but UnrealEngine3.

UZ2 (UnrealEngine2)
These tools have been designed to compress files for UT2003 and UT2004.
TinyUZ2
This is a standalone commandline tool that can be used without the game to be installed.

UT2003 Compress
The UT2003 version of UTCompreZ (also works for UT2004). This program also allows you to automatically upload the compressed files to a remote host.

UZ3 (UnrealEngine3)
UnrealRSC
Works with Unreal Tournament 3 on Windows and Linux. UnrealRSC is make by the same author of RSC, but works with UT3.
